For surgery centers
What roles do you staff?
Perioperative professionals for ambulatory surgery centers: PACU RNs, Pre-Op RNs, circulating RNs and surgical technologists. We also place administrative staff (office managers, billing specialists, patient coordinators and receptionists) and support staff (medical assistants, janitorial and maintenance personnel).
What kind of coverage do you provide?
Per diem coverage for the last-minute call-out or the planned leave. You fill schedule gaps quickly, without long-term hiring, and avoid canceling procedures for lack of staff.
Where do you provide staff?
We’re based in Seattle and staff ambulatory surgery centers across Western Washington, from Everett to Tacoma. Our local staffing pool means fast, dependable coverage.
How are your clinicians selected?
Every clinician is hand-selected and experienced in the surgical environment, and carefully vetted for clinical expertise, teamwork and fit with your center’s culture. Every RN and surgical technologist passes a rigorous verification process to meet the highest industry standards.
How do I request staff?
Tell us your center, the dates and shifts, and the roles you need, using our request form or by calling 206.566.7889. We’ll get back to you personally.
Can you help us prepare for accreditation?
Yes. We support QUAD A, AAAHC and CMS accreditation with compliance audits, staff credentialing, policy and procedure development, education and training, and mock surveys.
Do you provide interim leadership?
Yes. Experienced interim leaders who specialize in ASC operations and compliance cover temporary clinical and business office leadership, for smooth transitions and immediate gaps.
Can you recruit permanent staff?
Yes. Our recruiting services for ASCs include retained recruiting, managed recruiting, sourcing services and executive search.
